Refund & Cancellation

We offer a full refund of the purchase price in case the book arrives in a damaged state orthere is an incorrect delivery. To apply for a refund or a return, you may email us with thesubject ‘Request for refund/return’.We accept your returns and refunds for 10 days after you receive your parcel. After 10 days,we cannot offer a refund or return. When you are packaging the product for return, makesure it is unused and in the same condition as you received it. We recommend clicking apicture of the product the moment you receive it and attach it with the mail. Please ensurethe product is packed in its original packaging. To complete the process, please send thereceipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where we would only be able torefund your order partially depending on the circumstances. These circumstances couldinclude obvious signs of use of the book, missing parts or any item not in its originalcondition (reason not due to our error) and return requests post the 10 day period.For refunds, we will notify you once we receive and inspect your order. We will also notifyyou of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the amount will be refundedwith the original method of payment or as discussed within 7 to 14 working days from thedate of initiation of return. If you haven’t received your refund in time, please check yourbank account. Contact your credit card company (if the initiated mode of the refund was viacredit card). Then contact your bank again. Check if there is an issue at their end. If you stilldon’t receive your refund, we apologize for the inconvenience and request you to write tous.Please note that we DO NOT accept refund or return on sale items.
